Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Monitoring division employee service / services to visitors: waiter / es, cashier, host, etc.
– Doing Controlling the flow of service / services to visitors as standard.
– Monitoring of neatness and cleanliness of the area and the work environment.
– Create a work schedule of employees.
– Addressing complaints visitors
– Conducting briefing before and after the operation.
– Conducting Controlling neatness and cleanliness (personal grooming)
– Monitoring the performance of employees in performing a service to visitors.

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 2 (two) year experience in similar position
Keahlian :

– Having a good customer service techniques
– Able to speak Indonesian well
– Able to communicate in English (conversation)
– Able to conduct training / training on customer service.
– Have computer skills (MS Office) & Internet

Kualifikasi :

– Maximum 27 Years old
– Education minimum Diploma in Hotel/Tourism Background
– Can work under pressure and build a service team player
– Self-motivated work
– Willing to work shift.
