Job Description:
1. To coordinate, facilitate, develop and monitor Community Development and Community Relations (CDCR) programs for communities at district and village levels in order to maintain good and sound relationship between PT Saka Energi Wokam (SEW) and targeted communities to develop trust and good corporate image in Indonesia.
2. Provide management support and advice in seeking collaboration with appropriate community and government representatives or non-government organizations (NGOs) to advance the delivery of CDCR program initiatives, as part of the effort in promoting the company image and reputation.
3. Identify community needs, Develop community based programs that address livelihood needs.
4. Provide advice and input to communities with regards to any issues and concerns that arise in the program implementation.
5. Monitor the program implementation.
6. Support Community Relations by sharing information and provide views, advice and alternative problem solving for anticipating any possible local conflicts within the communities in the field that can affect Community Development program and corporate image.
7. Encourage relevant stakeholders (District Offices, Sub-district Offices, Villages Offices and Partners) to conduct proper and written program evaluation in order to see and learn the impact of the program on the communities for SEW CDCR program improvement in the future.
8. Maintains a good corporate image by interacting with governmental authorities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), national and international bodies as well as the local communities; support the company to achieve its goal without breaking regulations nor conflict with government’ and communities’ interests.
9. Assist the Social Responsibility and External Relation to maintain strong and close presence or communication to all communities at the lowest level possible and other stakeholder in specific area.
10. Maintains a good corporate image by interacting with governmental authorities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), national and international bodies as well as the local communities; support the company to achieve its goal without breaking regulations nor conflict with government’ and communities’ interests.
11. Attending invitation from Local Governments and SKK Migas Representative Papua Maluku as part of SEW team.

Syarat Pengalaman :
5 years minimum experience in a related role
Keahlian :

Communication Skill
Manage and branding corporate image

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s degree from Social or Humaniora Sciences are preferred
2. 5+ years of experience in a related role
3. Customer/stakeholders-oriented attitude with good understand local papua and moluca etnics are valuable
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
6. Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
7. Capability to negotiate with and influence others
