SecondMuse is a Certified B Corporation. Our purpose is to create positive value for both people and planet. We do this by building and nurturing networks between public, private and civil society sectors to address the complex challenges of our time.

We have implemented projects across six continents with clients such as IKEA, Intel, NASA, Nike, USAID, The World Bank, the US Department of State, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Cities of Melbourne and New York. Over the past eight years, we have engaged 150,000 participants, prototyping more than 30,000 hardware and software solutions. We have screened more than 13,000 entrepreneurs and accelerated over 100 high-impact companies. These companies have raised over 100 million dollars and created a market value of over half a billion dollars.

In 2018, SecondMuse is excited to be setting up an office in Indonesia. Our program will work with targeted cities throughout the country to improve innovation and sustainability of specific sectors in the economy. To achieve this goal we will incubate hundreds of start-ups through locally specific city based programs called Community Sourced Incubators. Initially we will establish two Community Sourced Incubators in Indonesia. The Community Sourced Incubator program will be adapted from the hugely successful FutureWorksprogram in NYC to meet the needs of businesses in Indonesia.
