– Excellent communication skills in English (Business level), Japanese is a plus.
– Problem solving and information analysis skills.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
– Well organized, discipline, and high initiative.
– Have knowledge in ticketing system and Japanese game industry is a plus.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses.
– Effectively manage large amounts of incoming inquiry.
– Communicate with industry professionals/influencers to create a strong network-
– Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.
– Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to create articles and blog post
– Daily searching affiliates (youtubers & gamers) to promote Japan Code Supply services
