Responsible for greeting and registering Hotel guests, providing guest service throughout the customer journey, and settling guest accounts upon departure. Because the Front Desk is the heart of the Hotel and the primary point of contact for guests, Front Office Agents must be knowledgeable about all aspects of SBI, SBEC, the Hotel’s facilities, services, policies and procedures. Other occasional duties include Concierge, Reservations, Telephone Operator, Business Centre and Executive Club functions.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
– Register arrivals according to established standards and procedures including the adherence to all credit and accounting procedures.
– Manage guestroom inventory by communicating regularly with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are available for efficient check-ins.
– File and manage registration cards for guests according to established standards and procedures.

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record in customer service for at least 2-years.
Keahlian :

– Good analytical skills and strategic thinking.
– Knowledgeable of basic accounting principles and revenue management.
– Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PMS, industry related software desired.
– Must be fluent in English and local language.
– Strong sales skills.
