A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Responsibility
– Provide general administrative and clerical support
– Act as a liaison between departments / operating units, outside vendors, and staff members at various levels
– Provide complete information about our products and services
– Generate customer interest in our products and services
– Collect feedback from customers on our products and escalate them as soon as information is acquired
– Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities
– Provide the first point of contact for customers
– Other general administrative, logical and secretarial duties as assigned and participate in special projects when required

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least one year proven administrative or assistant experience
Keahlian :

Proficient in MS Office

Kualifikasi :

– Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
– Good communication and interpersonal skills (able to interact well at all levels of the organisation)
– Hardworking with a can do attitude
– Ability to work independently and as a team member
– Pleasant disposition with the ability to multi task in an fast paced environment
– Must be willing to travel
– Customer service and sales oriented

Waktu Bekerja :
3 weekdays and 2 weekends work week required
