OKHOME is fast-growing service startup in Jakarta, which provides premium home cleaning service for Indonesian & expat customers.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

The CS staff should provide proper consultation for Indonesian customer based on OKHOME service maunal, and help communication with the cleaning staffs & customers.

Syarat Pengalaman :
Advantage will be given if the candidate has working experience in CS area
Keahlian :

– Intermediate level of English speaking skill needed (important)
– Good communication

Kualifikasi :

– Female, Max 25 years
– We prefer the person who can learn fast
– Work under pressure (since our customer’s expectation is high, CS staff should handle some issues under pressure with our cleaning staffs)

Waktu Bekerja :
Weekdays: 16.00 – 18.00; Weekend: 08.00 – 17.00

The company is founded by 2 Koreans. Before coming to Indonesia, they worked at same company
with various work experience in general corporate strategy, project management and entertainment business.
In 2015, they found a great business change in Indonesia during the long-term investment project from their former company and decided to move here.
Currently we cover DKI Jakarta and some part of Tangerang with hundereds of loyal customers, mostly expats.
