Handle and responsible on customers

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Responsible for all incoming calls / texts from customers
2. Understand the company’s products, philosophy, and value add capabilities to help communicate them across various clients
3. Responsible for the use and management of technology infrastructure ad application systems in accordance with technical needs
4. Responsible in helping cutomers’ problems about system include registration and application
5. Coordinate with supervisor of IT Team at solve IT problem
6. Implement IIT policies & procedures and IT security
7. Collect a weekly report to Team of Management

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 1 year at front liner, but fresh graduates are welcome
Keahlian :

1. Have knowledge on hardware amd software devices
2. Willing to work in shifting time and public holiday
3. Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented, and highly organized working under pressure
4. Minim supervise at working and professionalism regarding time and deadlines

Kualifikasi :

1. Moslem
2. Male
3. Max. 30 yo in 2020

Waktu Bekerja :
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
