Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
What will you be doing?
1. Customer on-boarding process
2. Customer query handling
3. Collection and optimization of Q&A template by using online Customer Service System
4. Managing the process under the supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer
5. Other support functions with regard to general office
Syarat Pengalaman :
What do we require from you?
1. Experience in a customer-facing/ support role, ideally from Financial industry, Electronic Payments, or Cryptocurrency sectors
2. Fresh graduates are also accepted
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical clients
5. Strong interest in fintech industry
6. Fluency in Hindi and English
