We are hiring a Customer Service Officer (SUPPORT) to manage customer queries and complaints.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Social Media Management
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
– Communicating with customers through various channels.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
– Create creative, innovative and appealing content

Syarat Pengalaman :
Min 1 year / fresh graduate
Keahlian :

Min 1 years experience as Customer Service

Kualifikasi :

– Experience working with customer support.
– Ability to work with minimal supervision and keep supervisors informed.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Ability to communicate in clear and concise terms.
– Ability to admit mistakes and open to constructive criticism.
– Self-critical and self-correcting.
– Willing to learn new skills and able to do so independently.
