Customer Service of Global Logistic & Forwarding Agent performs basic-to-intermediate level operational task that enable companies to meet the needs of customers. With a sharp focus on data integrity, quality, and efficiency, the individual may perform operational task work in support of a specific customer, trade lane or vertical segment. There will be a strong focus on internal system.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Communicate with customer, service provider, and colleagues to coordinate shipment
• Executes one or more of the following tasks in accordance with office and company policies and SOP
 Activate shipment
 Create and update shipment record and events
 Schedule pickup/ delivery appointments
 Obtain space confirmation with Carriers
 Update financials, create invoice and payment voucher
 Track, trace, update routing
 Create shipment related document
 Perform regulatory filing according to country specific requirements
• Manage Workflow, Task Board, Process Board, emails etc to respond to customer requests
• Follow through on customer and service providers request to ensure satisfaction
• Validate and ensure accuracy of shipment data in systems according to company and customer standards
• Prepare customer report
• Report incident, escalate questions/ issue to the appropriate party when necessary
• Join meeting and training sessions when required
• Provide training or transfer knowledge when required
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country specific requirements

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 1+ years of operations or equivalent industry experience background from freight forwarding, shipping (agency) and logistic company would be preferred or • Fresh graduated with excellent and active in extracurricular or
Keahlian :

• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Knowledge in utilization of different types of permit, certification of origin, Form D, preferential duty
rate or exemption preferred
• Prior work experience that required attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Kualifikasi :

Diploma or bachelor degree in any major

Tunjangan :

Overtime and transport allowance, medical, BPJS, as per company policy
