2. Minimal pendidikan D3.
3. Usia maksimal 28 Tahun.
4. Berpengalaman di Customer Service lebih diutamakan.
5. Bersedia bekerja shifting serta lembur jika dibutuhkan.
6. Berkepribadian yang baik: pekerja keras, ramah, sabar, berempati.
7. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
8. Proaktif dan berinisiatif tinggi dalam melayani customer (pasien).
