Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or in telephone; answering enquiries.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Attend, respond and manage customer enquiries and requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and students.
• Front desk and administrative duties, entering and updating student data.
• Execute follow-up calls to database and provide support to student placement team.
Syarat Pengalaman :
• Excellent computer skill, MS Office, good use of internet and technology.
• Confident in speaking English to foreigner and able to write email in good English.
Having presentable professional look with verbal communication skills
