Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Konsultasi Bisnis dan Manajemen sedang mengembangkan sebuah bisnis baru di bidang digitalisasi industri dan membtuhkan SDM yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi terhadap pelanggan.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
– Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives via phone, email, or social media based on company procedures
– Processing orders, quotations, applications, and requests
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and file documents
– Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
– Providing feedback on efficiency of customer service process
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
– Perform related duties as assigned

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 1 year of working experiences as Customer Service, Call Center, and related position.
Keahlian :

– Proven customer support experience
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Good administration and interpersonal skill
– Having good communication in English (both oral and written)
– Familiar with Microsoft Office and internet application
– Understand about digital marketing method and tools

Kualifikasi :

– Maximum 28 years old
– High School/Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable institution
– Freelance / part time

Tunjangan :

Meal Alowance, Transportation Allowance, Overtime fee
