• Process the order, application and other relevant request
• Keeping some record & documentation from the process order, application or other inqueries
• Manage the communication channel such as phone call, email & any other digital channel that is provided by company.
• Responding to customer inquiries by providing accurate, valid & complete information to customer
• Handle customer complaints & provide the appropriate solution
• Proactively communicate with customer regarding on going promotion/qualification/reward
• Taking the extra mile to upsell the product to customers
• Providing the necessary report to superior
• Work with superior to ensure the service is being delivered properly
• Willing to put extra efforts to support sales & marketing team on field for transaction as well as the growth customer business
• Communicating & coordinating with internal colleagues as necessary
• Supporting finance related to the report & payment reconciliation
• Supporting the warehouse in preparing the shipment when it’s needed

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Manage all the incoming order & application
– Handling customer complain & queries
– Managing the daily, weekly & monthly report
– Collaborating with warehouse on preparing the product shipment
– Working together with other customer service team in another area/provinces

Syarat Pengalaman :

Keahlian :

– Ability to speak & writing in english is a must
– Having good communication skill
– Having computer basic skill & microsoft office
– Able to do multi-tasking & manage the time effectively

Kualifikasi :

– Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma) with GPA min 3.0
– Good looking & personality
– Proactive
– Man or woman are welcome
– Max age is 35 years old
– Having Customer Service or sales field experience minimum 2 years
