5. Rajin dan bertanggung jawab
6. Dapat belajar dengan cepat
7. Memiliki suara yang enak didengar (tanpa logat daerah yang terlalu kental)
8. Usia maks 27 tahun
9. Domisili sekitar tangerang (Penempatan RS Siloam Karawaci)
10. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms.Excel, Ms. Word)
