CUSTOMER SERVICE – AIRFREIGHT PT. AHLERS THOENG INDONESIA
Ahlers is an international company active in the field of maritime services, project cargo and international forwarding.
Ahlers is headquartered in the port of Antwerp and was established in 1909 ; with more than 700 people in 17 Countries in Europe , Asia and The CIS.
To support us in the further development in this segment, we have a vacancy for a CS-Airfreight.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
o Handling booking properly from early communication with all parties involved :
Customer, air carriers, trucking companies, Ahlers offices, and ensure smooth and effective arrangements, in order to avoid complaints & penalties from customers, airlines, customs.
o Be fully responsible for airfreight shipments from start to end.
o Creating job files in the ATI System, not only for operation and forwarding purposes, but also for financial & accounting purposes (forecasting and invoicing).
o Keeping job files well in order and keep a well-managed and a well-organized storage system.
o Keeping an open communication with the other team members in the office and other Ahlers offices.
o Working as a team with other members in the office to achieve the monthly Airfreight Division budget.
o Creating a positive working environment within the team and office in general
o Be proactive and have a “problem-solving” spirit when in handling airfreight shipments of customers.
o Communicate with Airlines companies regarding DO readiness
o Communicate with shippers regarding documents detail requirements.
Syarat Pengalaman :
• Minimum 2 years experiences as AirFreight Customer Service.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
• Familiar with Export & Import procedures and shipping.
• Willing to work as a team and under pressure.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.
Female , degree in any discipline
Has experiences working at Forwarding Company
