– Responsible for outbound call to follow up customers
– Maintain and update customers’ data both manually and digitally
– Provide information to customers about company’s product
– Manage database and support any related activities
– Working effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Attention to customer detail, work neatly, cooperative and discipline
– Have a good presentation/calling skill and has basic skill in English
– Able to join immediately is preferable
– Contract based per project

– Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
– At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

– Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
