Host / Hostess

As a Host / Hostess, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

1. Welcome guests as they arrive, offering a friendly, positive first impression
2. Inform guests of any wait times and manage the waiting area
3. Guiding guests to their tables, ensuring seating is available as per their preferences and capacity
4. Ensure a smooth seating flow and avoid congestion in the waiting area
5. Take phone calls and manage online reservation systems
6. Confirm or modify bookings as required and communicate any special requests to the team
7. Handle guest inquiries about wait times, menu options, and general restaurant information
8. Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate to management if needed
9. Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service and optimal seating arrangements
10. Assist with basic customer service tasks, such as refilling water glasses or providing menus to waiting guests

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both guests and team members positively.

* Having experiences 1-2 years in the same position, preferably from Resto & Bar concepts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Open to being placed in BSD
