Responsibilities :
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program, conseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes;
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
Maintains human resource staff jobs results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearing;
Performing benefits administration, Overseeing exit interviews;
Provides general supporting activities such as administration of company legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation;
Requirements :
Candidate have at least Bachelor Degree or Magister Degree (Law, Human Resources Management or Psychology);
Have experience as HRD Manager at least 5 years;
Required language(s) : English, Mandarin (preferred);
Good communication and negotiaton skill;
Age between 35-45 years old;
Understand about labour law;
Have experience handle up to 300 employees;
Detail oriented, Honest, disciplined, have good initiative and able to work hard;
Job location in Cikande – Serang;

Have experience as HRD Manager at least 5 years
