Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Monitoring recovery rate & performance to achieved target in monthly and yearly.
Review, prepare, analyze and set up monthly target related to incentive or commission scheme and result forecast, to ensure target achievement and cost control
Review and mapping area for field collector capacity planning and the fullfilment in every month to reach and support CRS process in Outregion field and recovery.
Monthly visit to outregion in terms of deliver training material, account review, capacity review, give support and motivation to all team, and also escalate, solved and find solution for any problem or issue in outregion field and recovery.
Ensure all administration process in CRS Outregion done properly and follow Standard Operational Procedure, and supporting increasing of quality in Outregion Field and Recovery.
Syarat Pengalaman :
Excellent communications & interpersonal Skill
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
Field Collection experience to handle area in regional
Experience in coordinating collection minimum 3 years.
Developing and Monitoring SOP & SLA.
Experience in handling team include but not limited to hiring, training, coaching and monitoring.
Experience in overviewing monthly incentve and align with the target achievement.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
