Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain records of billings, receipts, tax invoices, payments and other accounting records of the operation of the companies.
2. Maintain full-set of accounts of one of more companies in the group.
3. Responsible for recording and maintaining of accounts as well as monitoring and management of account receivables.
4. Perform cash flow management and ensure smooth banking operations.
5. Ensure all invoices are accurately and timely booked into accounts management system with supporting documents.
6. Check that proper authorization has been obtained before processing payments to external suppliers and employees.
7. Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and compliance with accounting policies and standard operating procedures.
8. Liaise with internal and external auditors.
9. Administrative duties in relation to finance issues or any other ad-hoc duties.
10. Able to work under tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must prossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy or equivalent
2. 1-2 years of experience. Fresher can also apply.
3. Willing to permanently re-locate to Jakarta, Indonesia.
4. Commercial and business awareness;
5. Excellent communication , English preferably and presentation skills;
6. High numeracy and sound technical skills; Financial statement, General Ledger
7. Problem-solving skills and initiative;
8. Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others;
9. Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature;
10. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize;
11. Capacity to make quick but rational decisions;
12. Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
13. Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
14. Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
15. Knowledge about Taxation, excise duty and other related taxes, Tax (preferably Brevet A&B) compliance is completed speedily and efficiently, and submitting tax returns and associated documents by the appropriate deadlines.
