Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Financial System Development & Oversight:
• Implement and manage digital financial systems (e.g., Cortex, Accurate,
Jurnal, Petty Cash applications).
• Ensure timely, accurate daily, weekly, and monthly digital transaction
recording.
2. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and detailed monthly Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and
Balance Sheet reports.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations using digital platforms.
3. Tax Management:
• Handle comprehensive tax reporting including PPh 21, PPh 23, and other
statutory obligations.
• Facilitate the registration process for taxable entrepreneur status (PKP).
4. Financial Modelling:
• Develop precise, clear, and insightful financial models tailored for investor
relations.
• Utilize advanced AI-driven analytics for accurate financial forecasting.
5. Team Leadership:
• Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of 2 finance administrators.
Keahlian :
• Proven expertise in creating financial models for investor pitches.
• Proficiency in digital finance software (Cortex, Accurate, Jurnal, advanced Excel).
• Strong understanding and practical experience of Indonesian taxation laws.
Kualifikasi :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 4–6 years experience, ideally within dynamic startup environments.
• Experience with AI tools for financial analysis and reporting.
