PT. PANDA TEKNIK is a distributor for Power Transmission Industrial Spareparts, located at City Resort, Cengkareng. We are urgently needing staff as a Project Administrator. Project Administrator assist with project management duties. They oversee and performing administrative functions concerned with a project. This may include calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies, and preparing reports.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

The responsibilities of a Project Administrator include, but not limited to:

• Placing calls
• Planning projects
• Updating the project calendar
• Performing administrative duties
• Tracking projects
• Recommending changes
• Following instructions
• Resolving issues related to the project
• Reporting to Supervisor
• Hiring transportations / logistics and other service providers
• Responsible for arranging goods to customer
• Making invoices and other invoicing related documents
• Making reminder for Customer payment due date

Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Administrasi/ Sekretaris/ Akuntansi
Keahlian :

Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Work
Menguasai standar email dan komputer
Menguasai Bahasa Inggris

Kualifikasi :

Wanita usia 25-35 tahun

Tunjangan :

Gaji Pokok + Uang Kesehatan + Bonus Tahunan

Waktu Bekerja :
Jam 8 sd jam 5 sore, Senin – Jumat
