We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities within our organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure that all maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and issues in a timely manner.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Prepare and present maintenance reports to management

Keahlian :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and expenses.
• Ability to conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs.

Kualifikasi :

• Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance or administrative role.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors and contractors.
