As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for administrative, logistics and executing efficient sales process from order to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Administrator also contributes to the development of the company’s sales and marketing administrative activities as well as maintaining and establishing relationship with current and potential customers.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Answering customer’s questions & provide customer’s with solution to their needs.
– Process online, email, or phone orders.
– Prepare documentation required for the sales process such as invoice, quotation, and delivery note.
– Maintain relationship with customers.
– Maintain and update sales and customer records.
– Manage online store & data entry.
– Managing marketing campaign.
Syarat Pengalaman :
– Proficient in English and Bahasa.
– Proficient with computer.
– Good in communication skills.
– Quick learner, self motivated, & discipline.
