Our clients are companies that carry out transportation development in Indonesia and are believed to be the icon of the progress of transportation development in Indonesia, and looking for : Project Admin
Description:
1. Coordinating activities, resources, equipment and information related o building construction progress
2. Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budgets
3. Perform control / monitoring for construction budgeting plan
4. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
5. Assisting & supporting all team (Team Leader and Key experts) to manage and oversee the projects
6. Being the person in charge of minutes of meeting recap & archiving supporting documents
7. Monitoring the project’s on-going progress database to ensure that every stakeholder is able to track the progress of the project.
Qualification:
1. Minimum educational background of D3 or S1 is more than the completion of Engineering, Architecture, and equivalent.
2. Possibility of having experience min. 2 year working in the position of Project Administrator (property office / consultant / contractor)
3. Have good analytical skills and work based on pressure
4. Fluent in english
5. Able to work with the target
6. Can be managed independently or in a team
7. Willing to travel or mobile
8. Willing to be placed in the area of East Jakarta
