Our Head Office in Singapore, operating in 16 countries across Asia. Currently, we are developing our business in Indonesia and looking for team member who can support us in the Finance Area.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Manage daily bookkeeping / accounting in Accpac accounting system.
• Monitoring Incoming bank transfer, identify and posting to accpac system
• Maintain Monthly bank reconciliation and monitor unindentified payment
• To support the Finance and Accounting Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance /
Accounting Department
• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time

– Perform such other accounting, Credit Control Monitoring process by proactively follow up outstanding
invoices to customer and monitoring invoice delivery status by ensuring invoice received by customer
in correctly and completely manner as per set deadline, and make sure AR report are updated in timely
Develop coordination across department in order to effective AR follow up.

Syarat Pengalaman :
Fresh Graduate, 1 year working exprience would be preferable
Keahlian :

Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Excel and Ms word)

Kualifikasi :

• Details oriented, multitasking, hard worker, passionate with finance & accounting
area, able to work multitasking and under pressure, highly motivated person, and have an excellent
interpersonal/communication skill
• Creative and pro-active
• Excellent Maturity
