Role & Responsibility

– As a Admin Assistant, you are to support & deliver quality administrative tracking on ordering, inventory, scheduling & delivery.
– Implement & monitor kitchen activities adhere to company policies & procedures (2).
– Interaction with suppliers, vendors & contractors.
– Evaluating & reporting to Finance & Accounting and Culinary Head
– Well organised, result oriented, able to multi-task & work efficiently.

Personal Experience & Profile

– He/She must be disciplined, detailed oriented, vibrant & honest.
– Adaptable, willing to learn attitude, good communication & supervisory skills.
– Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in administration / coordination role.
– Prior cost control / inventory experience, is preferred.
– Computer literate: Word & Excel.
