Available position : Operation staff
The operations staff is responsible for managing our cleaners & general affairs of our office,setting up the initial stage and helping operating the business.
The operations staff will work closely with the company founders to build very first stage of business.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Managing legal tasks (checking contracts, documents, permits for office and 3rd parties)
– Doing general affairs & day to day management of office
– Managing & communicating with cleaners
– Helping establishment of office operations and procedures
– Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
– Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
– You will play the leading role in many area
– Competitive salary (negotiable)
– Full-time position available after 3 month of probation
– Working area will be at Kuningan, South Jakarta (Rasuna Office Park Building)
Syarat Pengalaman :
– Fluent in English speaking and writing * Japanese speakers will be given preference
– Good communication skill
– Female, max. 30 yo
– Candidates must have an interest in home care & cleaning service area
– Candidates must fully agree with our vision & mission
– Have strong sense of responsibility and faithfulness with active attitude
– Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree (from any major)
– At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
– Fluent in English speaking and writing
* Japanese speakers will be given preference
