Project Manager

– Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership
– Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
– Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
– Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
– Identify and manage project dependencies (especially with engineering, design, marketing, operations) and critical paths
– Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
– Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
– Test the products to make sure they meet project requirements

– Experience with: Google suite: (docs, spreadsheets, slides), Task management tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or anything similar

– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian
– Experience working in early stage startups or mature tech companies
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
