1. Re-think and develop engaging yet unique content and marketing initiatives tailored& to each market&
audience and priorities.
2. Ideation and oversee actualization of all campaigns and events including internal& external events, sales / promotions, press conferences etc.
3. Develop annual marketing calendars and budgets for all markets
4. Responsible for ensuring all targets set under Marketing department are&achieved.
5. Engage relevant partners and ambassadors and seek collaboration and cross promotional opportunities to value add the brand.
6. Strategize tactical & year-long promotions and customer loyalty programs
7. Alongside retail and merchandising teams
8. Create & Implement marketing and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand bundling in the
market.
9. Responsible to win market competition, evaluating, and creation innovation program to increase sales of
the selected brand product.
10. Build & maintain strategic program to increase brand awareness through online & offline activities
11. Develop content, story pitch, press release, and liaise with relevant media to drive press coverage
12. Monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation.
13. Follow Brand and Competitor& Performances.

Keahlian :

1. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company&target customers.
2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
3. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a Social& way while cultivating leads and sales
4. Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaign

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in cosmetics.
3. Proven ability of new product development and launching campaign to market.
4. Experience in identifying target audience and devising campaign that engage, inform, and motivate.
5. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management.
6. Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
7. Fluent in English & Computer Literate.
8. Understand social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Website, etc) and maximizing digital analytic.
9. Manage social media marketing campaign and day-to-day activities.
