Our client is an educational foundations and has more than 50 years experience of teaching and coaching. We need you as Marketing & Communications Manager.

This position will be placed at West Jakarta

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Make a long-term planning (marketing and PR) strategies based on financial/ market condition that represent the foundation’s vision and mission to increase brand value & awareness of School
• Plan internal & external communication strategies and protocols that represent the vision and mission
• Implement and evaluate all annual activities & programs according to department long-term strategies (including vendor selection and evaluation)
• Prepare annual tuition fee policies in cooperation with finance department
• Arrange flow and process of student admission
• Coordinating all promotion agreement and activities with mass media, vendors, and alumni
• Managing internal school activities to improve engagement with stakeholders
• Prepare brand guideline, material and media promotion
• Making annual budget planning for marketing & communication department

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 5 years working experience as a Marketing and PR Manager or Supervisor in education institution
Keahlian :

• Able to successfully develop unique marketing policies & programs
• Have strong networking with the press, mass media and related government (Kemendikbud, sudin Kependidikan)

Kualifikasi :

• Minimum 5 years working experience as a marketing and PR Manager or Supervisor in education institution
• Minimum bachelor degree in any major
• Target & result oriented
• Able to successfully develop unique marketing policies & programs
• Have experiences in managing social media for education industry
• Demonstrated ability in managing customer & stakeholder relations
• Have strong networking with the press, mass media and related government (Kemendikbud, sudin Kependidikan)
