Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

a) Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Insurance with Hospital allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
b) Prepare production report in daily, weekly and monthly basis
c) Coordinate with Claims Team for claims settlements.
d) Perform Customer Centricity by attentiveness, reliability and availability to customer.
e) Perform compliance by ensure that regulatory requirements are meet policy and procedures

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 3+ years’ experience at current position in insurance or Third Party Administrator company
Keahlian :

– Computer
– Internet

Kualifikasi :

1. Completion of min. bachelor degree above from Doctoral
2. Minimum 3+ years’ experience at current position in insurance or Third Party Administrator company.
3. Previous experience of managing a Brand including merchandise, Insurance Operations & Principle relationships is essential
4. Proven ability to manage a retail budget, sales versus targets and high achievement of results against forecasts
5. Strong people management, training, recruitment and performance management skills
6. Multi-site or Area Management experience in overseeing multiple store locations is essential
7. Ability to travel regularly within the Gulf and overseas as required
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills

10. Applies good knowledge in marketing media/technologies.
11. Good command in English.
