Assist General Manager with managing OTC team, business planning & process, brand building, new product launching, organizing events, digital marketing, sosmed promotion, portfolio planning and evaluation of business development opportunities. Also work with existing outlets (B2B) to develop and execute marketing strategies for priority brands.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Developing & implementing marketing/brand plan & strategy for new product launch
• Developing, implementing, evaluating communication concepts for ATL – BTL activities
• Monitoring financial aspect : P&L, Sales
• Coordinate closely with distributor and direct superior for sales/channel strategy
• Conducting any research needed in order to get consumer insights brand awareness, etc.
• Analyzing sales, market and consumer review and trend.

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 3 years of working experience as OTC/Consumer Goods manager.
Keahlian :

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
• Have good leadership, communication & influencing skills.
