We’re looking for a Franchise Recruitment Manager to serves as the Anytime Fitness Territory sales representative. The Franchise Recruitment Manager is responsible for driving unit growth for Anytime Fitness across Indonesia. The position is responsible for setting processes and programs to generate leads, screen, and track potential franchise owners. The Sales representative is responsible for managing the entire franchise process from lead generation all the way to a successful signing while maintaining brand standards. The successful candidate must have exceptional knowledge of market trends across all areas within Indonesian with a great understanding of Area profiling.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

•Take full ownership of the provided leads, build strong rapport and relationships with prospective franchisees
•Cultivate qualified prospects into motivated and successful franchisees
•Act as liaison between franchisees and legal to ensure a smooth process as they come on board as franchisees
•Create the multi-year growth strategy for the territory and detailed market execution plans
•Source new franchisees, conduct in-market new franchisee meetings and host Discovery Days
•Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business, follow the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly
•Meet in person with existing growth-approved franchisees and highly qualified franchise candidates to sell new franchise agreements
•Create the strategy for new Franchisee lead generation, approval of territories and signing of Area Development Agreements

Syarat Pengalaman :
3-5 years of experience leading franchise sales
Keahlian :

• Proven record of sales success with a high investment solution
• Ability to think and act quickly and effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional attitude, even in crisis situations

Kualifikasi :

• Knowledge of lead generation via social media and sale of businesses
• Ability to plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives
• Ability to communicate and present effectively to various audiences
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Persistent and enthusiastic. Have the ability to engage, interact, and respond effectively with franchise candidates in a manner that motivates, informs, and leads to sales
• Strong work ethic and high integrity
• Able to communicate effectively verbally, in written form
• Ability to Travel
• Must Speak Fluent English & Bahasa Indonesia
