Monitoring daily operational in call center area includes on staff performance, call center work flow and process.

Kualifikasi :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, English (both writing and speaking)
