Lowongan Kerja Administration PT.Island Management, Bali


This position is responsible for admin and other organizational tasks at PT Island Management. Additional responsibilities will be those associated with regulatory filings of PMA and assistance in communicating with outside vendors/clients regarding billing and/or other financial matters. Some help with the collection and analysis of marketing data may be assigned as side projects in addition to accounting responsibilities. If you are a highly organized hard worker, a capable problem solver and a good communicator, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills:

– Excellent organizational skills

– Ability to work independently and in team

– Knowledge of Indonesian tax system

– Familiarity with regulatory filings for PMAs

– Solution-oriented thinking

– Strong attention to detail Intermediate to advanced English language skills

– Competency with Microsoft Office -especially Excel

Recommended Skills:

– Knowledge of digital marketing basics- Interest in marketing and business development

Experience: Minimum one year in a hands-on HRD role

Education:– Bachelor Degree

Working conditions:

– Annual contract

– 5 days per week, Mon-Fri

– 8am – 5pm

– Paid annual leave
