We are looking for high talented Assistant to our General Manager.
Candidates must be :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Secretary or Engineering are prefered
Detail oriented and able to work independently
Having minimum 2 years of experience
Excellent Bahasa and English skill
High interpersonality skill
Flexible and willing to work long hours and travel out of Jakarta when required
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Some of main responsibilities would be :
Manage and maintain documents and provide administrative support
Coordinate and maintain daily procedures
Manage petty cash and expenses report
Produce briefs, presentations and reports
Occasional evening, early morning or weekend work may be required.
Syarat Pengalaman :
– Knowledges of office management and basic accounting procedures
– Strong organizational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are critical.
– Proficient in Office and easily adapt in new computer application
