We are looking for high talented Assistant to our Director to provide him in managing our organization

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Assist director and other managerial staff
• Provide training and guidance
• Manage and maintain administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization
• Ensure performance goals are met and set
• Fulfill duties delegated by director
• Help create budgets and tracks expenditures
• Create presentations for meetings

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 2 years experience
Keahlian :

– Basic knowledges of office and HR management and accounting procedures
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and adapt easily on new computer application
– Excellent Bahasa and English skills
– Strong organizational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are critical

Kualifikasi :

– Female max 28 years old
– Have smart and neat appearance
– Highly creative and a problem solver Jill of all trades
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Secretary or Engineering are prefered
– High interpersonality skill
– Flexible and willing to work long hours and travel out of Jadetabek when required
