Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Provide secretarial and administrative support, manage & coordinate meetings.
Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking jobs.
Direction and confidentiality in work related issues or concerns.
Able to make financial report, petty cash
Handeling correspondence, incoming & outgoing letter related to BOD
Organization of Internal and external meeting
Liaise with all internal and external contact

Syarat Pengalaman :
2 tahun di bidang nya
Keahlian :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administrator/Management, Secretarial or Equivalent
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having minimum 2 years of working as a Finance Accounting Staff is a plus
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Maximum 27 years old
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
Neat appearance
Strong attention to details, well organized, proactive.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different task and work extra hours to meet deadlines.
Ready to join immediately.
