Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Correspondence and follow up email to agent overseas and customer
– Follow up shipment to shipping line and customer
– Arrange report monthly Export & Import
– Rate Negotiation and Filling rates
– Plan cargoes and choose schedule required customer
– Booking space to carrier (FCL and LCL)
– Create outward manifest to carrier
– Create Bill of Lading

Persyaratan Pengalaman :

Minimum 1-2 years experience in Export and Import handling and documentation

Keahlian :

Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook, Internet use

Kualifikasi :

Female/Male
Reliable on Multi tasking
Willing to work under pressure
Freight forwarding experience would be an advantage
Proficient in English (written and oral) is a must
