Project Lead / Manager

General Requirements:
• INDONESIAN nationality
• Male/Female
• Educational – S1 degree (preferably from IT Background) from reputable university
• Min GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
• Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager for IT Project
• Having experience to manage IT Project in Banking Industries is a must
• Having experience in ATM Switch, Card Management , Corebanking Project is an advantage
• Strong leadership to manage project team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Having good communication skill both to internal team or external (Principal)
• Having good knowledge to operate Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project, Word, excell, Power Point)
• Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team, good administration skill
• Willing to work extended hours/holiday/weekend to meet project requirements
• Able to work under required time and pressure to achieve Project Target Completion Date
• Confortable multi-tasking in an aggressive, leading-edge technology environment with demonstrated flexibility and ability to deal with multiple priorities, working independently and as an innovative team player
• Strong Analytical and problem solving
• Having own vehicle
• Able to communicate with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal skill.
• Able to manage and strategize sit project – people, design, and also financial budget.
• Drive or Result oriented
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Responsible, hardworker

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun

Keahlian :

Diisi dengan keahlian yang dibutuhkan, contoh :
– Menguasai Sistem ERP
– Menguasai Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project, Word, excell, Power Point)

Kualifikasi :

Diisi dengan kualifikasi pekerjaan, contoh :
– INDONESIAN nationality
