PT. Manfuku Sejahtera Indonesia was established in 1999 that served as Trading Company for various products starting from household, electronic appliances to some imported supplement.
In year 2000, the company started focusing on supplement industry by importing and distributing some US’ brands of vitamins. It reserved its first authorized distributor from Schiff International Nutrition, USA and introduced a pioneer product in Joint Care supplement which famously named as Move Free (Schiff) to the local market. The company again was appointed by Weider Global Nutrition (a famous US brand in sport nutrition) in 2002 to represent its product in Indonesia.
Thru certification from Indonesian Food and Drug Admission (locally known as BPOM), products of Schiff and Weider obtained the license to do free sale in Indonesia. It turns the company to step in a new landscape of model market by delivering well knowns supplement thru dealers.
Since 2004, the Company has been distributing those products in more than 300 outlets including drug store, chain stores, gyms, fitness center, and chemist, in more than 20 big cities in Indonesia. The marketing strategy covers in seminars, live talk show in radio, advertising in newspaper and magazines, merchandises for customers, brochures and sample promotion. Most of the products carried by the Company are from distinguished brands which is made, packed and also distributed in the world wide market.
Currently, the company has broaden its products portfolio by marketing cosmetics/baby products, kind of medical devices, other nutrition and foods, and some dairy oil as well. This somehow has brought the company into a stepping milestone to represent more premium products from world wide to the Indonesian market. A more comprehensive business plans has been developed, more initiations of channel strategy has been approached, and more marketing campaign has been initiated , all are to promote and distribute cross range products to the market.
