We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Engineer to contribute in generating sales for our company. He/she will be responsible for closing sales deals mostly over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales engineer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. He/she must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Contact potential or existing customers to sell our products and services
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Visit customers when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle complaints to maintain company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to achieve sales target and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Syarat Pengalaman :
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales target preferably over the phone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Minimum education D3 in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
• Ability to learn about our engineering products and services and describe/explain them to prospects/existing customers
• Excellent knowledge of English; Mandarin will be plus
• Hard working, trustworthy, and able to work under pressures
