This new space houses Delicioso Bistro & Restaurant with a seating capacity of 50 guests. The extensive menu offers a variety of breakfast, bistro/lunch, pizzas, and dinner options. Based on original recipes from Switzerland, Austria, and Germany (dating back about 50 years), Delicioso dishes are inspired by Western European comfort foods.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Mengawasi kelancaran kinerja di kitchen department.
2. Menyiapkan dan memasak makanan berdasarkan standard yang tinggi dan layak disajikan,
seefesien mungkin.
3. Membuat kreasi-kreasi dalam menciptakan masakan-masakan baru dan diajukan kepada senior
cook dan executive chef untuk disetujui.
4. Membuat daftar pembelian barang yang dibutuhkan untuk operasional kitchen.
5. Membuat daftar menu dengan instruksi dari Executive Chef.
6. Bersama Executive Chef untuk melaksanakan perhitungan food cost setiap bulannya.
7. Memastikan semua permintaan makanan sudah dilaksanakan demi kepuasan tamu-tamu di restaurant, berdasarkan standard dan pelaksanaanya.
8. Mengontrol kebersihan areal dapur dan sekitarnya.
9. Bekerja sama dengan Head Chef dalam mengawasi proses pengolahan makanan didapur.
10. Bersedia menggantikan Head Chef apa bila sedang menjalankan tugas luar.

Persyaratan Pengalaman :

Min 2 year experiences in similar position.

Keahlian :

Cooking skill Western food

Kualifikasi :

– Male.
– back ground minimum D1 Food Production.
– Outgoing personality, discipline & good attitude, able to work in a team.
– Self Motivation, High sense of customer service oriented.
– Can join immediatlly
