Urgently needed a Pastry Cook to be placed at a Hotel in Batam
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1.Prepare breads and pastries, including preparing dough, desserts, cake,and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
2.Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily.
3.Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists.
4.Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
5.Keep Chef informed of excess food items for planning of daily specials.
6.Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods.
7.Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures,including personal hygiene procedures
