Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Deliver initial training for new hires and ongoing coaching to call center representatives
2. Identify trainee performance gaps, deliver corrective coaching, and document results
3. Reflect on training procedures and suggest recommendations for improvement
4. Maintain existing training material by completing updates as needed and develop new training material based on knowledge of subject matter

Lebih dari 5 Tahun

Keahlian :

Must be team oriented and highly organized
Good sense of urgency
Dedicated to meeting requirements of both internal and external clients
Ability to manage resource issues and multiple priorities with little direction
Prior call center, collections, and training experience

Kualifikasi :

Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Teaching or similar experience
Proven excellence in written and oral communication
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
