Business Development Manager (Wholesales)
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Responsible for Business Development in the assigned territory modren & traditional trade.
• Achieve business growth through increased sales and marketing activities.
• Analyze market trends, determine current needs and recommend solutions/services to such needs.
• Development of new product segments for the program.
• Prepare written presentations, reports and documentation.
• Working primarily with the sales and marketing departments, to develops training plans to educate and motivate the employees of the company to perform at their most profitable level.
• Responsible for the identification of new business opportunities through means of alliances, Joint Ventures, acquisitions, mergers, etc for the best interest of wholesales department
• Demonstrations In malls for our product to increase sales over weekend
• increasing sales in modren & traditional trade
• checking areas where we can expand in sales
• emails new product and maintain end user sales
• new ideas for retail such loyalty and other
• All related to retail and end user needed
• Conducting market research to collect data and draw inferences to arrive at decision points, considering the overall strategic direction of the wholesales Division
• Strong leadership
• other tasks assigned by Line BOD
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Contoh : Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang akutansi
• Communication Skill
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 3-4 years business development experience.
• Excellent client handling skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills, resourceful, meticulous and analytical.
• Ability to conduct presentations to senior level corporate decision makers.
