As member of the Professional Service team to support in pre-sales and post-sales services, in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. This includes understanding how their individual activities related to the strategic vision of RPS, and identifying opportunities for new services within the client engagement.
This position requires a customer service-centric attitude, strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Professional Service include various aspects of project planning, project management, installations, requirements analysis, architecture/design, implementation, optimization, and on-going customer support processes.
Solutions to be supported includes customer loyalty solution, transaction solution, e-commerce solution, etc.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Gather, elaborate and analyze system requirement from relevant stakeholders in the organization to understand how our product can support new initiatives within the company.
2. Plan, develop and test technical solutions and architecture with the relevant partners that meet the clients’ needs.
3. Specify technical and business requirements and communicate with relevant partners, organize and lead meetings, presentations, collaborations and negotiation with stake holders.
4. Scoping the project, designing, documenting, implementing, and producing as built documents, including preparing contingency plan for anticipating unexpected events during the project.
5. Enhance product knowledge and skills necessary to improve the capability to carry out the activities related to intended roles. Need to be able to learn new technologies and products on the fly.
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Min 1-2 tahun di project management/ teknik industri
1. Understanding of network and connection
2. SQL database
3. English: verbal and written
1. Candidate must posses at least bachelor degree, preferable in electrical engineering, computer science or engineering
2. Minimum 2-year experience in system implementation and support. Knowledge on video processing and loyalty program will be a benefit.
3. Posses positive attitude, hardworking, strong technical, problem analysis and problem solving skills.
4. Able to work on multiple projects concurrently, and deliver measurable results under designated deadlines and within stated project budgets.
5. Must be a self-starter with a strong problem solving skills, time management and discipline.
6. Able to work with minimum supervision, within a team setting as well as directly with customers.
7. Good presentation skill, leadership, team building, motivating, and interpersonal skill.
8. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
